Nutritionist Susan Levin has challenged Southern cooking diva Paula Deen to change her diet to improve her health. Last week Deen confirmed rumors that she had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Levin and other nutritionists and doctors at Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine want Deen to join their 21-day Vegan Kickstart program.
